Seared Flank Steak, Crisp Iceberg Wedge and Burst Grape Tomato Crostini



If visit me here to see what I have for dinner on a somewhat regular basis, I am sure that you are thinking "didn't she just make this?" and, if so, you would be correct, indeed.  However, I had a request for this particular meal after it was posted on April 4, 2010 and, of course, I had to oblige.  I mean, if someone likes your food enough to actually request something based on a picture, I am overjoyed to make it for them. For the ingredients, etc., please refer back to the April 4 entry, but if I missed anything, feel free to email me and I'll be happy to provide any additional information you need.
